Consultation Duration:

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, allowing ample time for a comprehensive assessment and personalized guidance.

Flange Fitting Add-On (RM99)

Basic nipple measurement is included in every consultation at no additional charge.

For mothers who would like a more precise and personalised assessment, we offer a comprehensive flange fitting service.

This involves:

• Accurate nipple measurement before pumping

• Trial of different flange and insert sizes

• A supervised pumping session of at least 15 minutes

• Re-measurement after pumping to account for nipple changes as some nipple may expand more or even be elastic during pumping. 

• Assessment of comfort, milk flow, and let-down response

This allows us to select the most suitable flange size based not only on measurements, but also on how your body responds during pumping.

Fee: RM99

What is included:

• Full flange assessment and size confirmation by Simran, IBCLC

• Complimentary Two Mother and Bubs flange inserts in your recommended size (worth RM50) which is universal and fits most breast pumps. 

This ensures you leave with a correctly fitted setup for more comfortable and effective pumping.

Appointment Booking:

We strongly encourage pre-booking to ensure dedicated time with our lactation consultant.
Please note:

• Appointments are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Fees are non-refundable for no-shows.

• Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.

• Your session is reserved for up to 3 months from the date of booking. If we receive no update within this period, the session will be considered forfeited.

Consultation Fees:

• First Visit: RM249 per session (60 minutes)

Breastfeeding Clinic Packages:

• Single Session: RM249

• Package of 3 Sessions: RM699

Why We Recommend Three Sessions

Breastfeeding challenges often need more than one visit to fully resolve. We recommend a three-session support planwith weekly follow-ups to ensure progress stays on track.

Session 1: Identify the root cause and start targeted management.
Session 2: Reassess latch, milk transfer, and supply, and refine the plan.
Session 3: Focus on maintaining lactation comfortably and confidently long term.

This approach supports lasting improvement, not just quick fixes.

For follow-up appointments:

• Select your preferred date and time

• Add any notes or special requests in the ‘Notes’ section during booking

Important Notes on Our Policy:

• Appointment changes within 24 hours are not allowed

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered used

• Friendly reminders will be sent before your appointment

• Please arrive on time. A 15 minute grace period is provided
  If you arrive late, the session will be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
