Recommended Timing
We recommend attending between 25 to 35 weeks of pregnancy, giving you enough time to learn and prepare before your baby arrives.

This class places a strong emphasis on latching, positioning and establishing breastfeeding well from the beginning.

Breast pumping is not covered in this class. A separate class is available for mothers who would like to learn about breast pumping.
